1. Small business development centers

2. Small Business Association

The Create Your Business Plan section of the Small Business Association website has free small business resources to help you create a business plan. It will walk you through each section and tell you what should be included in it.


The SCORE website has a ton of free resources for starting a business, including podcasts and online workshops. Free mentoring is also available in person or via email.

4. Lightspeed Resources
