Information collection and processing
Inverge provides tools for managing and fulfilling Client orders originating on Amazon Marketplace. This includes the collection of Buyer information for a transaction where items are purchased from Client. This includes information required for fulfillment including: buyer name, recipient name, shipping address information and phone number. This information is used to generate an Order record within Inverge which is used solely by Client to manage fulfillment, cancellation and returns.
Shipping address information is used to gather shipping rates from Client's enabled shipping providers. Additionally, it is used to optimize routing of the Buyer's order based on their inventory locations. Upon fulfillment the shipping address is used to complete the fulfillment of the order and generate tracking information.
Additionally financial information is collected to reconcile and manage returns and accurately report accounting data. This data is solely collected and processed for the purpose of accounting and reporting on orders.
Storage and security
Inverge stores personally identifiable information securely and considers it a critical part of its business. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, Inverge has put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information it collects online. All data is stored on encrypted storage and is retained only for the necessary amount of time to complete processing of orders.
Use and disclosure of personally
Inverge does not sell or share Buyer information to third parties for any purposes. Buyer information is available only to the Client who is the seller of an item purchased by Buyer. To the extent that Clients (a seller of an item you purchased) have access to personally identifiable information as a result of your buying (reference above, where Inverge provides your information to Clients as part of a transaction you may be involved in with such Client), these entities may solicit or market to you in accordance with their policies and agreements. Clients will make use of information as necessary for fulfillment purposes.
Data retention and disposal
Inverge removes Client data 30 days after completion of an order either through delivery or cancellation. All Buyer information is removed from Inverge systems.
Data deletion requests
In compliance with all privicey laws set to protect our valued customers inverge will delete all perosnal data apon request. Please click here to submit your data deletion request. Once the form is submitted our team will review and remove all data and follow up with an email to confrim the request has been proceesd.
